I think most of us, when we are still young and busy with life, will tend to disconsider or mock this question. While others will sit for a long time trying to be honest and give an answer, for themselves. For many this answer could be difficult to formulate, as it may bring out some painful truths ... Are we living the life that we truly want? Are we honest with our inner selves and chose every day to stand up against the crowd and chase our dreams? Are we free in our connections and paths, or are we dependent of things, people and relationships, and lost our selves among unrealistic expectations from others? Do we have the power of effortless joy as we go on to learn what Universe, God, Allah or however you want to call it, has masterfully planned for us, or do we struggle to control and correct everything we meet on our way?
If you have difficulties in getting your answer straight, this might indicate a bit too much dissatisfaction in life and probably a deep gap between your ego, the one everyone expects you to be, and your true self. Alright, so what if? Life is shitty, anyway… Or, how someone once said to me, there is no point in taking things hard, life is non-stop. Once this one ends, another one will soon start… I fool myself thinking that things would just work out, but, truth is, things work out exactly how we want them to unfold. When we stop wanting thigs, we stop living life in all its fullness. Life is about wanting, is about having the right desires of manifesting love and being ourselves, about creating and about meaning something to us and to others. Life is about actions and consequences, it is about mistakes and corrections. In the end, it is about our will to get up on our feet again after every new hit and realizing this all happens just because we are lost to ourselves.
At some moment in life you can be aware of it all. You can feel the pain and suffering like you are breathing it, but somehow it is not enough to get the mud of your clothes. Something is missing, our maybe something should be eliminated. In moments of desperation you turn to God, like everybody does, begging for a new sense to everything, for a moment of enlightment or a fortunate happening. Such a sad vision for a God that has made us in his image and shines in us at every moment… And yes, you are AWARE of everything. You KNOW it is just up to you to change everything, but you are afraid. There is a fear that kills your will to live and it is YOU doing this to yourself. You know it all, so why are you doing it? What have you to gain from all this? …

If your answer to the topic question would be so different from your current life:
- Stop and think. Think and put yourself in your dreams. Time should not be a problem as we need to take all the time in the world to be good!
- Stop and listen. Listen to the world, listen to the nature and listen to your body, it can talk!
- Stop and breathe. Good things will only happen when you are peaceful.
- Stop and live. No explanation will be needed anymore, once you figure that out :) .
